Due to the nature of death on this subject, standard procedure is not completed, rather a focused autopsy is done given the amount of trauma noted. The subject is noted to have an exit wound through the parietal bone. The edges of this wound are very poorly defined suggesting a large caliber of weapon was used; however, it is noted to be a clean tunneling wound. Burn marks are noted around the subject's mouth extending through the pharynx, most likely the result of weapon discharge. Both central and lateral incisors are missing with multiple others showing hairline fractures.
